TIhs sector has made YECO spread all over Yemen, since agricultural marketing and services form the backbone of any production operation. In fact, the sector plays a very prominent role in the development of agriculture in Yenmen. It markets agricultural products in the local and overseas markets and encourages local farimers to expand the capac- ity of their production in order to balance the principle of supply and demand and thus, stabilize prices.
