قطاع REFRIGERATION & STORAGE SECTOR

STORAGE and refrigeration are essential means for keeping agricultural products fresh and protecting them from spoilage. Accordingly, YECO, in 1984, established the refrigeration and storage sector as facility to protect goods and thus, safely transport them to various locations. By doing so, it was capable of creating a balance of prices and controlling supply and demand throughout the year. This sector maintains several facilities for the refrigerating and storing products with a capacity of 16,000 tons/cycle. It uses modern storage and re- frigeration system through an up-to-date storage and refrigeration network including fixed and mobile facilities.
