After his visit to inspect the production process in the salt sector in Aden

Al-Saeedi: The return of the activity of the economic establishment from Aden is a priority for the leadership of the Presidential Council

In conjunction with the return of the political leadership represented by the Presidential Council and the government to Aden Governorate, and the state of activity witnessed by government facilities and institutions after their return to the capital, Aden, in light of the new political transformation.


This morning, the Director General of the Yemeni Economic Corporation, Brigadier General Sami Al-Saeedi, made an inspection visit to the Corporation's salt sector in the Mansoura District, Aden Governorate.

During the visit, he was received by the Director General of the Salt Sector in Aden, Brigadier General "Yasser Mahmoud Muhammad", who briefed Al-Saeedi on the production process in this ancient and vital sector, which is witnessing significant development since the restoration of its activity after the war.


Director Al-Saeedi praised the level of discipline that he felt from the sector's cadres, and the state of achievement that has been achieved since the restoration of economic activity in the salt sector after it was suspended in 2015 due to the war, to resume its activity with a high production capacity.

Al-Saeedi said that this visit to the salt sector comes as part of a development program that targets all development sectors of the Economic Corporation in Aden, keeping pace with the process of the new political transformation that resulted from the Riyadh Agreement.



Brigadier General Al-Saeedi indicated that the return of the economic institution's activity from Aden is a priority for the leadership of the Presidential Council, which directed the return of the general director to it, and the speedy activation of the institution's activity from the capital, Aden, and from there to all the liberated governorates.


Al-Saeedi also confirmed that during the next stage, the capital, Aden, will receive special attention aimed at improving all services in coordination and cooperation with the leadership of the local authority represented by Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Minister of State, Governor of the capital, in order to serve the citizens in the governorate.
